community of Ixtlan fleeing volcanic eruptions.
1580 - Tzacaoalco is named San Andrés Tzacoalco by the mayor of Tlacotalpan.
1664 - Volcanic eruption evacuates many Santiago Tuxtla residents to San Andrés.
