This was a heartbreaking endeavor. To see these dozens of organizations who in one way or another
aided, paid, published, promoted or associated with the happenings in Los Tuxtlas, and to see so few
significant results.

Since I arrived in Los Tuxtlas, dozens of people have approached me with "proyectos",  better known as
schemes.
Obviously they had previous success. There are literally hundreds of schemes that have been funded in
Los Tuxtlas, many of them beneficial, and many a fountain of money for fast talking entrepreneurs.
